However, in some categories of, different return conditions may apply due to the nature of the products and services. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
    • In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

In case the products delivered to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

After the product is sent to the authorized company in the above process; Especially in technology products, the test stages and the detection of the technical problem may vary from product to product, and the result can be obtained between 2 and 4 weeks. In some cases, it can be seen that this period exceeds 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the problem. At the end of this period, the information received from the supplier company will be delivered to the customer without delay. Problems Due to Delivery In case of damaged package;  Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo company official.  If the cargo company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products were delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to as soon as possible with the copy of the report that you have left. will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible. In case of product malfunctions, all products sold at are under the guarantee of the importer or manufacturer company, and the replacement processes are carried out by the company that provides the guarantee. The products you send to are also sent to the authorized importer company by us and the result is awaited. Without taking any legal or criminal responsibility of the consumer, without giving any reason; We undertake to have the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt or signing of the contract, and to take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notification is received by the seller/supplier.
